Betaling van de huursom
- De huurder betaalt de huursommen en de borgsommen vooruit of komt met een voldoende garantie.
- De klant is aansprakelijk voor verloren of gestolen artikelen. Het breukrisico van ski"s en snowboards kan worden verzekerd. De verzekeringspremie bedraagt 10 % van de totale huursom.
- Na 16 uur telt de dag niet mee in de huur. Als de verhuurde artikelen aan het einde van de verhuurperiode worden teruggebracht na 10 uur, wordt een hele dag huur in rekening gebracht. De minimale duur van de verhuur is één dag.
- De winkel wijst iedere aansprakelijkheid af voor ongelukken die kunnen optreden met de verhuurde uitrusting.
- Reparaties die voortkomen uit de normale slijtage zijn voor rekening van de sportwinkel. Reparatie van schade die het gevolg is van nalatigheid (bijv. skiën op de weg of op grint), is voor rekening van de veroorzaker van de schade.
- Het verhuurformulier geldt als betalingsbewijs en moet worden overgelegd om de borgsom terug te krijgen.
